Quizard
About

We built the tool we wished we had in lecture.

Quizard started in the Netherlands with a group of students who were overwhelmed by long slide decks and never sure what the exam would test. We wanted practice that came from our own material, that we could check, and that fit into a short daily habit.

What we are building

The practice layer on top of wherever you read.

We listened to what students actually said in forums and app reviews. They want questions from their own slides, a way to trust them, and a way to know what is left. They do not want another notes app.

Trust

Every question and card cites its slide, and you can edit, report or switch to verbatim mode.

Clarity

A slide map shows what you have practised, what is weak and what you have not touched.

Habit

A fifteen-minute daily session, planned around your exam, that never stops halfway.

Our story

From a pile of lecture slides to a study workspace.

We started Quizard as a way to turn notes into quizzes. As students used it we kept hearing the same thing: the hard part is not making flashcards, it is knowing whether you have covered what the exam will test, and trusting the questions you are practising.

So we rebuilt it around your own lectures. Courses and lectures hold your files. Questions and cards cite the slide they came from. A slide map shows what is left. A short daily session keeps you moving, and the tools you already use, from Goodnotes to Claude, plug in instead of being replaced.

Quizard is made in Europe by a small team. We read every message, and much of what is in the product today began as a student’s suggestion.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Who makes Quizard?

Quizard is made by a small team that started in the Netherlands and works from Europe. We are students and former students, and we build the product from the feedback we get.

What is Quizard for?

Turning your own lecture material into practice you can trust: exam-style questions and flashcards that cite the slide, a map of what you have covered, and a short daily session.

How does Quizard handle my data?

Your uploads are private to your account unless you share a course with a class invite link. See our privacy policy for details on what we collect and why.

How can I give feedback or request a feature?

Use the contact page or post on our Reddit community. Many features, including the slide map and source-linked questions, came directly from student requests.

Can my class or society use Quizard together?

Yes. You can share a course with classmates through a private invite link and revoke it any time. Contact us if you want to run Quizard for a whole programme.
